Ingredients:
2 large Potatoes
1 medium Onion
1 Egg
4 Tbsp Flour (note that these are not Kosher for Passover)
Salt and pepper to taste.
Lots of Cooking oil (see directions)
Peel and soak potatoes in water. Use grater or food processor to coarsely grate potatoes and onions. Mix the grated onion and potatoes with the rest of the ingredients. In a large skillet place 1/3 of an inch of oil. Heat oil, and when hot, add mix by heaping tablespoons. Cook until lightly brown in uncovered skillet, then flip and cook until other side is done. Remove the paper towell to drain. Repeat as necessary until all are cooked. |
