Gorgonzola Bacon Vinaigrette (GBV) Salad Dressing

This salad dressing is made with Gorgonzola cheese, bacon, and white wine vinegar. It is strong and sharp in taste and goes well with Romain or iceberg lettuce and croutons.

Ingredients:


  3/4  cup   Olive oil
  1/3  cup   White wine or champaign vinegar
  1    Tbsp  Sugar
  2    tsp   Black Pepper
  4    oz    Gorgonzola cheese - Crumbled
  1/2  cup   Real Bacon bits or crumbled bacon (4 slices)
  1    clove Garlic (minced)

Wash the lettuce, and break into bit sized pieces.

Peel the Garlic and mince.

Mix the ingredients and stir until the cheese is completely coated, and crumbled to the desired side pieces, and the bacon is throrougly mixed througout the dressing.
