I do not consider my self an expert on cheese, but I use a lot of it
in my recipies. I am adicted to grated or shredded hard cheeses,
especially Parmesan and Romano. When used together with black pepper
and crushed red pepper, it adds lots of flavor to many things.
Where to buy cheese
If you are near a major city, now adays you can find a large variety
of cheeses at your local supermarket, but these can be expensive. If
you live on the west coast (or in a few east coast cities) and you are
lucky enough to have a Trader Joe's nearby, you will find it to be an
excellent source of cheese. They have a large selection and very good
prices.

While not an expert in cheese myself, I am interested in the topic and
