Neuman's Chili Spaghetti Sauce

This recipe is really a spicy chili recipe without beans (like it should be) that is served over spaghetti. It is made with tomato paste, ground beef, onions, crushed red pepper, black pepper, chili powder, garlic powder, and other seasonings.

Ingredients:

   2 lbs   Ground Beef
   6 cups  Chopped onions

   24 oz   Tomatoe Paste (2 12 oz cans)
   9 cups  Water
   2 tsp   Crushed Red Pepper
   4 tsp   Sugar
   2 Tbsp  Italian Herb Seasoning
   1.5 tsp Salt
   1 tsp   Garlic Powder
   1 Tbsp  Black Pepper
   1 Tbsp  Chili powder

Brown the beef and onions. Drain. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix, bring to a simmer and simmer for 1.5 hours on low heat, stirring every 10 minutes.

Serve over spaghetti.
