Tobasco brand Green Pepper Sauce (Jalapeno)As they describe it, it is all about the flavor of jalapeno. It is milder than the original Tabasco, rich and tangy, with a gentler heat that wont blow you away. (Supermarket*)

CholulaThis Mexican hot sauce has a little bit more flavor than Tabasco (trditional), and is a little bit less hot. I like to use it on egg dishes and when I want something a little bit more tangy than just hot.
