Chicken in Wine with Onions

This chicken recipe calls for sauteing chicken in wine with onions. It is served over rice. The recipe is from Barbara Gordon.

Ingredients:

     1 pound  Bonless Chicken Breast cut into bite size pieces
     3 clove  Garlic minced.
     1 large  Onion sliced.
              Butter
Saute chicken pieces in butter and minced garlic until browned. remove from pan and place in baking dish.

Add more butter to skillet and saute sliced onions until slightly browned. Add 1/2 cup white wine and reduce slightly. Add salt to taste.

Pour over chicken.

Bake at 350 for 1/2 bour to 45 minutes.

Serve with rice.
