Eye of Round Roast

Eye of Round Roast
Garlic Powder
Salt

Coat with garlic powder and salt.

Place in open roasting pan. Put in 400 degreee oven for 15 minutes.

Reduce heat to 300 degrees and cook 15 to 20 minutes per pound of meat.
