Ingredients:2 (2+1/2 - 3 lb) broiler-fryer chickens, cut into serving pieces 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted 1/2 cup honey 1 tsp salt 1/4 cup prepared mustard 1/2 tsp curry powder Combine ingredients, stir well. Pour over chicken, coating well. Reserve remaining sauce. Place chicken, skin side up, in roasting pan. Bake at 375 for 1 hour, basting occasionally with the remaining sauce. |
