Dried Corn

This recipe for Dried Corn from Mary Eleanor Williams Bailey.

Ingredients:

2 cups dried con
Water to partially cover
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1/2 cup cream

Soak for several hours, or, preferably, overnight. Cook until tender and most of the water is absorbed. Add salt, sugar and cream and bring to a boil.
