Apple Tart

This recipe for an Apple Tart from Barbara Gordon's Grandmother Williams.

Ingredients:

1             Pie Crust
              Quartered Apples
              Butter 

Dry Ingredients:
2 + 2/3 cup   Sugar (if 1/2 is brown sugar, that is OK)
3       Tbsp  Flour
1       tsp   Cinnamon
pinch         Salt

Mix the dry ingredients. Add the quartered apples to the pie crust. Cover with the dry ingredient mixture. Dot with butter. Bake 10 minutes or so at 450 degrees F. Reduce heat to 380 and bake another 50 minutes.(Cover with foil so sugar will melt completely).
