Sardine Spread

This recipe for Sardine Spread is from my Aunt Hannah.

1 can sardines in tomato sauce. 1 bunch celery 1 onion 2-3 hard boiled eggs dash vinegar mayonnaise to taste dash salt and pepper.

Drain off sauce. Cut up or dice 1 bunch of celery (or less), grate or mince 1 onion, dice 1 apple.

Mix and add 2 or 3 hard-boiled eggs (mashed up), dash of vinegar and mayonnaise to taste.

Also add a dash of salt and pepper.

This is better if made the day before you want to use it.
