Part Meatballs

1 large diced potato
2 eggs
Salt and pepper
Garlic powder
Onion (decide how much you want)
2 to 2 1/2 lbs lean ground beef
4 tbs sherry
2 middle size jars grape jelly
2 jars chile sauce
Optional juice, one lemon

Run the first five ingredients through a blender. Mix with the meat and form into small meatballs. When jelly dissolves in a large saucepan, add chile sauce and sherry. Pour meatballs into the mixture. Cook 1 1/2 hours. Skim off fat. Mixture will be thin, but will thicken when reheated after freezing.
