- Best Prime Rib - Blue Cheese Crusted prime rib at Fager's Island
Restaurant in Ocean City, Maryland. The prime rib had very little fat
and was cooked perfectly. The flavor of the blue cheese crust was not
overpowering, and was mixed with other flavors, and had a crusty
texture that went well with the prime rib.
- Best Onion Soup - The Onion Soup at Skates in the Berkeley marina, Berkeley California is the best onion soup that I have had. The soup was flavorful and not to salty and the broiled cheese flavorful and cooked to just the right texture.
